1. Subscription Payments
FreelanceStack Studio offers a monthly Pro subscription at $15/month. Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our payment provider.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You will be charged on the same date each month until you cancel.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- Your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the billing period
- Your data will be retained and you can continue using the free plan

3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund
- Technical issues: If a technical issue on our end prevented you from using the Service and we were unable to resolve it, we will issue a refund for the affected period
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We generally do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- Requests made more than 7 days after the charge date (for renewals)
- You forgot to cancel before the next billing cycle
- You no longer wish to use the Service mid-cycle
- Partial month refunds after cancellation
We will always consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at legal@freelancestack.studio with:
- Your account email address
- The date of the charge
- The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
