1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FreelanceStack Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
FreelanceStack Studio is a web-based SaaS application designed to help freelancers manage clients, invoices, projects, and proposals. The Service is provided by FreelanceStack Studio, based in Ankara, Turkey.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Free and Pro Plans
FreelanceStack Studio offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan allows up to 10 clients. The Pro plan offers unlimited clients and additional features for a monthly subscription fee.
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any purpose other than managing your freelance business
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We take the security of your data seriously and store it securely using Supabase infrastructure.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by FreelanceStack Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreelanceStack Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
